Our homes are a Pathway
To a Brighter Future
We provide a seamless pathway of care that nurtures the journey of our service users, starting from the age of 11 as they mature into independent young adults.

A Seamless Pathway of Care
At Independence Development Ltd, we can provide therapeutic care to young people, and have developed a pathway where young people can pass through and gain their full independence. We provide a seamless pathway of care that nurtures the journey of our service users, starting from the age of 7 as they mature into independent adults. Our holistic approach ensures that every young people receives the tailored support they need at each stage of their development.
Across our four therapeutic residential services, we offer a clear pathway of care from intensive support to confident independence. Our homes provide safe, nurturing environments, whilst also delivering structured, evidence-based interventions. Grounded in attachment, trauma-informed and cognitive behavioural approaches, each placement is carefully planned with local authorities, social workers and families so that every move builds skills, resilience and lasting stability.
